  • No manipulation of information for advantage of one stakeholder to the other;

  • Respect of common rules: everybody behaves according to the agreed rules;
  • Holistic systematic approach: Everything is in interrelation - value and supply chain is viewed and developed as a whole avoiding local optimisation hurting the whole;
  • Readiness for reasoned change – active participation and support of change processes.
